Carrera Badge

To remove,
first put a good layer of polish in and around the badge to protect the paint,
Then to soften the glue...
either put a rolled up microfibre towel over the badge and pour really hot water over towel and badge and leave for a few minutes and repeat, or use a hairdryer to soften glue (older glue will require longer exposure to heat)
then, using waxed dental floss 'string' under the badge, work it along the badge.
For a replacement, try eBay, or 9apart.co.uk - also your Porsche Centre, (their prices are not always silly) and they would probably fit them for free, or
go badgeless which I have done. because cleaning is easier.
ORIGINAL: CarreraGTS
If this is any help as i have made the mistake of jet washing the Carrera GTS side decal off my car at a replacement of £100 - Ouch ... Mistake! I now spray all the decals and badges with 1:4 diluted Orange Pre wash and then brush over them with a detailing Brush so as to avoid the risk of washing them off - i then sheet water over the brushed parts to remove surface contaminants ...
That's a worry they can jet wash off!
I had assumed the side decals were painted on ....
