Carrera GT at Silverstone OPC

I just popped in to the Silverstone OPC yesterday morning to collect a few bits I'd ordered and noticed that they have a black Carrera GT in the showroom!!! Definitely a stunning looking car. It's not new - an 04 registered car - but as far as I could tell it IS for sale at some £200K+ price!!

Worth a look if you're interested.

Regards

Dave

Its the black one that was on Top Gear a few weeks ago "49 ERS" on the plate.
I was having my discs skimmed on the day it was delivered along with about 10 997s.
As it was being unloaded a stray 70 yr old driver left the A43, up the bank and landed up at the end of the OPC car park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nearly a very very big insurance claim!!!

I got an e-mail from Craig at Silverstone telling me about the car on Friday.

Obviously they're trying to get the word out as far and wide as possible on this one.

Sent a reply back asking for test drive, but curiously have not had response as yet !!!!

Will be doing my best over the next week or so to wangle one though !!!

This would certainly make my year if i pull it off.[:)]

With a GT3 and a 996 Turbo Cab you must be a contender. Just tell the salesperson you are looking for a Christmas gift for yourself [:D]

I'm told that the GT has done 300 miles and is on sale for £330k, which is the list price. It was the car on top gear.

It will be interesting to see if they can sell it.

I had to pick up some small parts about 10 days ago and as I drove out of the car park it was just coming up the road past the supermarket. I gave my usual wave but got no reponse, obviously not a club member [:)] I do think black is the best colour [8D]
