To celebrate the better weather, the bank holiday and any excuse to get out and about in the cars, the wonderful people at Proven Goods Doughnuts have agreed to host a Cars, Coffee and Doughnuts morning for me on Sunday the 4th of May, opening an hour earlier exclusively from 9am instead of their usual 10am.

If you've never been before, then it's completely normal for people to be queuing out of the door 20 deep by 10:30 hence the timings.

You can find all the info on Proven Goods here: https://provengoods.co/

They're at Hoult's Yard, NE6 2HL, directions here: https://provengoods.co/how-to-find-us/

The car park does have Parking Eye cameras, you get 1 hour free parking, after that it is £1 for up to 3 hours - I will be reminding everyone on the day!

Nothing is planned for afterwards (yet???) but it is perfect timing to then head over to Supercar Sunday at The Crown at Humshaugh should you so wish.

No prebooking or registering needed, just turn up, grab a coffee and a doughnut (or a few to take home too) but post up here (or anywhere else you see me post this) if you're attending as it would be nice to give the staff a rough idea of numbers.

David :)
