Cars in the park Newby Hall

Mike we will be discussing this at next Wednesday's meeting. It is something we are considering doing again as a Region. Although we have nothing set in stone yet and as the club stand is ran by volunteers it is always dependant on numbers that wish to attend.

Unfortunately carrying the equipment, the club gazebo and flags etc always ends up being the same people, so it obviously depends fully on whether the date fits with them. Please feel free to come along and join in at the meeting if you can make it, we would love to have you along, all members welcome. Failing that, watch this space or check your monthly newsletter for more news on this event.

We'll be up for this again - fab day last year, got sunstroke!

As mentioned by Deb at club night, maybe a good idea to get there a little earlier this year to assist with "Settling in".

Don't forget your sunscreen !

Tickets sorted.

For those of you that came last year there is no need to register again. Just enter your logon details (if you can still remember them) and then add the ticket to your basket and then pay via PayPal.

Let's hope for the same weather as last year.

Meeting Times (Convoy)

This year we are going to head down a little earlier as last year it was manic getting in to the park; gates open at 9.00 am. If we get there earlier we shouldn't have the same issues. So for those members wishing to go down in convoy, I suggest we get there no later than 9.30 am. This will give us plenty of time to park up etc, grab a coffee and have a natter before the gates open to the public. What I suggest is, the northern members of the club meet at the Washington Service Station on the A1M from 7.15 - 7.45, looking to leave on the dot at 7.45 am. We'll then head down the A19 to meet the southern members at Diner 168 where we met last year. Then at around 9.00 am we'll head down to Newby Hall which is around 15 mins away. Don't forget your ticket! Should be a great and day and hope to see loads of Porsches heading down in convoy.
