Cars needed for Metro centre 21st anniversary

The Metro Centre is 21 years old this October and the club or more specifically our region have been asked if we can provide some Porsches for a display.

Staff say they would be willing to pay £250 (in vouchers) if you'd be able to provide a 1986 car (with a D plate) for the two weeks of the display which is October 1st to the 14th, although I would imagine they would also be willing to pay on a per week basis.

I have been assured that the cars will be cordoned off and fully insured.

Ideally they would like three cars, if you are interested please let me know ASAP.

I have a D plate 944 three or four hours away "¦ it's an '87 though.

It's also for sale, but that's not really relevant.

Thanks for the offer Poprock but we now have a guards red 944 and 911 cab for the display which I have been told is sufficient.

Thanks again[;)].

A couple of photos of the cars at the Metro centre. They are there for the next two weeks if you happen to be there to have a look, thanks to Mick McInerney for the lend of his 911 Cab Supersport.
