OPC Hatfield is hosting a 'Cabriolet & Roadster' event at Luton Hoo on Sunday 27th May. They hosted a similar event back in February for the launch of the 991 which was very successful and they are hoping to repeat the success with this event for the new Boxster and 991 Cabriolet.

For the February event, PCGB provided an "Evolution Line Up" of 911s from the 70s through to the modern day cars. This display resulted in a lot of positive feedback so they are looking to arrange something similar for the Cabriolet and Roadster event.

We have been asked if PCGB can provide a 986 Boxster, a 964 Cabriolet and 996 Cabriolet (2wd). If any members have suitable cars, in tidy condition and standard trim, which they are prepared to display on 27th May please let me know as soon as possible.
OPC Hatfield will look after display car owners on the day with refreshments, a BBQ lunch and entertainment including clay pigeon shooting, a falconry display and a tour of Luton Hoo. Also included will be drive slots in the new Boxster or 991 Cab.

Members that went to the February event had a very enjoyable day and were very well looked after by the OPC Hatfield team.
If you have one of the cars noted above and would like it to be included in the evolution display please contact me by e-mail asap.
