Good Morning. Is there any form of gathering being planned ????? I am a new member and am planning on attending.

Castle Combe Full Race Day - Monday 29th August

This is not officially part of the 50th anniversary celebrations, however, the programme includes races for the Porsche Club Championship and inter marque challenge.

We have negotiated a Porsche Club only car park and a special deal for half price admission tickets at £7.50 per person which are available on line at www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk quoting code PCGB11, or phone Castle Combe Offices on 01249 782417 quoting the same code. Half price tickets will be available until midday on Tuesday 23rd August. Tickets also include paddock passes.

There will be no concours competiton or trade stands on our area at this event as the date is too close to the 50th Anniversary Event at Cirencester.

Hi Ted
I only know of a few members going from our region, Elaine and myself will be there but we will be in the paddock as I am racing with the Boxster, car No 23. Come over and say hello as it may take my mind off things being my first ever race.

Best regards

Stuart

Hi Ted,
my tickets arrived yesterday, so see you Monday.
Fingers crossed for the weather.

David.

I'll be there tomorrow

Didn't realise that you would be racing Stu - wow! I'll come and find you in the paddock.

Mick

A couple of photos of Stuart in action from today - no podiums, but the car went home in the same state as it arrived - I'd call that a success for a first race meeting in a very competitive series - well done!!!!

Hi Mick

Thanks for putting the photos on and thanks for your support on Monday.

Thanks to Les, Wayne and Lesley, Stuart and Julie, and Tony for your kind support that was much appreciated. I had a fantastic time that was all over so quickly and I was not last either in fact I out quallified the 3.2 Boxster and a 968 CS both in class 1 now I will have to wait untill September 30th for 3 races over 2 days at Silverstone with the Britcar 24hr weekend.

Elaine and myself are looking forward to a more relaxing weekend at the 50th, we will be at Castle Combe around 11.00 so see you there.

Thanks again, Stuart
