Cayenne 957 Diesel

Hi

I am contemplating upgrading my 2004 V6 to a 2009 Diesel, can the diesel handle high miles, the car I have seen has around 80k on the clock, my current car has 60k?

What other issues should I look out for on the 957 and what is the general opinion on going from a 955 to a 957, is a £12-15k jump worth it?
