Cayenne MY24 Dashcam Install

I recently asked my OPC for a quote to install the Porsche Dashcam in my 8 month old Cayenne (It was the DP car which I bought back in Sept of this year)... The OPC have responded that despite the car having the option of "Preparation for Dashcam (front and rear)", they are quoting 3.5 hours work which at the now eye watering £301 an hour now puts the whole thing at over £1500 ..

Has any one had the Porsche system installed by a Non OPC ? While the Porsche system is not the best I was heading down that route for aesthetics / looks

Failing that recommendations for alternatives (front/back system) and installers in the Berkshire/Hampshire area would be appreciated.

Also if going down the non Porsche Camera route .. any one had the old "it will invalidate warranty" discussion ?

From what I’ve seen the Porsche dash cam isn’t the best looking. I’ve a Viofo A129Pro in my 718 that hides behind the rear view mirror.

OPC BS if new car warranty

A grey area if approved used car warranty..but the underwriters would have to prove that fitting a camera caused your exhaust to fall off...
