Cayenne turbo technician

I am having problems with my 57 plate turbo as posted below ref engine whining, i am after a good specilist to do some work on the car to investigate this noise.
I basically want to remove the drive belt to isolate all driven parts to see if i still have the noise.
Anyone local to bucks , herts , middx, london
