Cayman S prices - UK vs. US (again)

Been reading of the huge difference in prices between the UK and the US for Cayman S cars (and all others I would imagine).

Prices
UK: £43,930
US: $58,900 (=£33,107.00)

That's almost £11K more expensive in the UK!!!

Warranty
UK: 2 years
US: 4 years

That's twice as good!

Discounts
UK: £0
US: $3K to £5K

Are they selling an inferior version of the Cayman S in the US compared to the UK? I have found one advantage that we in the UK have over the US: we get clear side-indicator lenses!
