Cayman side vents

From an engineering point of view surely it would not make any sense to make the mountings different.
Such "bolt on" details are an easy way for Porsche to "update" models as time goes on.
the place i have found is called bumper plugs in the US - they say 250 for the vents and 150 for the conversion kit...? these would be colour matched.
i would be interested to hear how your friend got on with the direct swap - to me it would make sense if they were.....
the car i saw was also black....it looked pretty damn good!
they are almost the same but have some different clips so you need to use a kit to sort that out....allegedly no driling required and straightforward to put back to stock if need be.
Has anyone ever remover the side vents and if so how did you do it? historically every time I have touched anything made of plastic with tabs I have broken it.....!

You could also try douglas valley breakers for a used set, might be cheaper all round even if the £/$ ratio is improving slightly !
