Cd/lights issue?

Normally i can use the cd player in my cab without having the key in the ignition.But i've noticed lately that when i pull up and turn the ignition off quickly to take the key out of the barrel the cd player switches itself off and then comes on straight away - it doesn't switch off however if i do it quite slow.It also switches off temporarily if i've got my headlights on and i "flash" somebody.Anyone got any suggestions?
 
I had similar symptoms on my everyday car just before the alternator expired, so I would say your CD unit is not getting a strong consistent power feed.
