Has anyone experienced a similar problem with the CDR23 Unit ... Everything is hunky dory except the pre-set radio station buttons no longer work [
] Currently have to use the manual tune in function to switch stations. All other functions are functioning as normal []
Spoken to OPC and naturally they can't comment without seeing the problem first []

[8D]April 17th had my 1st service today and CDR23 examined by a man who knew what he was doing. He checked it on diagnostic and found no fault coming up! He then spotted I had set radio to BEST FM any of you guys know what thats all about [] BEST FM locks radio onto a station and stops pre-sets from functioning, for the life of me I can't see why anyone would ever want such a dumb feature. Bottom line my CDR23 is just fine and works perfectly once again []
