cdr32(22) phone settings, HELP PLEASE

Can someone tell me how to turn up my phone volume on the cdr32. At the moment when i receive a call the volume level is allot lower than the cd/radio, when i receive a call i turn the volume right up, but if i don't turn it down again before the cd/radio cuts in it scares me half to death!! My head unit is the cdr32 i thought it was the same as the cdr22 but changing menu settings seems to be different. When i press the down arrow for 8 seconds i get a list of items including TEL when i press the button below the TEL it just changes the setting to off or on, i need to know how to get in and change the volume setting. I've got a pdf for the cdr22 but no mention of this, does anyone have the pdf for the cdr32?
