Hi.
I'm helping my mate with his 3.2 Carrera.
Does anyone know a part no for this bit and if you can still get it from porsche? It's screws onto the end of the link rod from the Servo motor for the central locking.
(Hope the pic loads!)

Thanks Graham

On a 964,which I imagine is the same, the whole link has to be replaced with the current part which is a black glassfibre reinforced moulding, don't know the no.This replaces the adjustable metal part and the 2 plastic balljoints.

Hi.
Thanks for that.
I rang Reading OPC today. You can't just by the end bit you have to buy the complete rod with ends. The replacment part is 964 537 57100 £1.66 + vat - 10% PCGB Discount! Bargin!
Should be with me on Saturday morning depending on the postman!

The postman did well. It arrived in the Saturday post!
Here is what the replacement part looks like. Very easy to fit. Undo the 2 screws holding the central locking Motor on then remove the clip and pin from the solenoid, change bit over, replace pin and clip and screw back into door and push ball joint back into place. Works great.
