Central locking - where are the bits?

I posted a while ago about a problem with the central locking on my passenger door. I'm pretty sure that it's the electric lock actuator.

I've managed to get the door panel off without damaging anything, but can't see anything useful inside (I've only peeled back the plastic by the door catch/handle).

Can anybody describe where the various components are and what they look like? A picture would be fantastic!
