Coincidentally I've been looking at these this week as mine are completely black too.

Blimey they have gone up a bit, used to be £100 a set of four.
Always worth checking with an OPC first, some of these independent parts sellers are rip off merchants price wise.

If you want go on ebay search porsche wheel logo find the ones you want arraldite them to yours did this on mine they were fine up to 135 cost approx£15 for 4 and unless you get down and close you wont tell the difference

I am staggered by the price of these wheel centres. I to recall the last time I looked they were in the order of £25 each.
I am fortunate my car came with them, however, they have suffered for road and environmental conditions. I decided about 8 years ago to repaint them. I used Airfix model paint and clear varnish. The paint was applied with a stylus alowing to dry before a second and third coat to build up the paint. With paitents they look quite good. When I have time next winter I will strip the pait off and do them again.
I think this technique could be applied to the plain black caps, filling in the space with the appropriate colour and leaving the raised black simitars and horse to show through. Again a coat of clear varnish should be applied to protect the paint.
I will see if I can get hold of a plain black cap and give it a try.

Sierra madre collection in the us do the colour center caps with the gold ring, i ordered and same as origional on my 89 sse, they are what seems a genuine porsche part , with part number and in porsche labeled box around £50 each
