Centre console “horseshoe” vent trim material on C4S

Hi all

I have a UK 2002 C4S with the metropole blue interior. My centre vent is showing signs of wear but I cannot tell if it’s the plastic or leather variant to get a replacement. Does anyone have the leather option on theirs and is there a discernible difference? Do you have a photo you can maybe share?
