Centre console removal

The flat arm rest bit of the console has a buble in it i.e. the cover has come away from the foam below, its intact but messy. I can get it re trimmed but the trimmer wants me to take it out.

Anyone got any ideas how the top flap comes off or out ? without dismantling half the car !!
