Centre Gravity visit - Sat 20th April

Limited to 9 spaces at the moment for an Open Day, in conjunction with our local TIPEC region, kindly sent through to me by Pete Garrett of their region.
Information as follows:

"We are going up to Center Gravity in Warwickshire on Saturday 20th April, we have spare spaces if you and your members would like to
join us - we are limited to numbers so please let me know.

There will be:
* Centre Gravity's car on 2 post lift with all the suspension components labelled for everyone to see.
* Another CG car on geometry lift (please note that no car will be adjusted on the day as it takes circa 4.5 hours to complete the process).
* Display of common parts with worn components, what to look for!
* Aftermarket parts available.
* Questions and answer session.

The day is an educational day for members to ask questions or concerns they might have. The start time will be around 10.00am and will go on for around 4 hours. They will provide refreshments "" teas, coffee, etc on the day, and ask for a donations for their chosen charity "" this year 2013 is the Stroke society".

I was there last month with the Cayman Register and we had a really excellent day. Head Technician Chris Franklin is a true professional and his technical knowledge in this field second-to-none.

Highly recommended if you can spare the time.

I've met Chris too - at the Oulton RS day last year.

Not certain I can make this (BTCC and Carrera Cup (etc) are at Donington that weekend) but I'm certainly interested.

Well, we just had a fantastic drive over to spend the day with Chris at Centre Gravity - most enlightening in all aspects - this man knows his stuff, and the best bit is - he loves doing it too[:D]
Thanks to Pete Garrett for the heads-up on this and to all the team at Centre Gravity - we know where the best advice can be sought[;)]
