There are 10 hotel rooms currently reserved, and I need a definite confirmation from people as to whether they will come based on the above. Please post here of your definite confirmation to attend on 21-23 Sept. Confirmation of all attendees is required by Monday 12pm!

If we do not have sufficient numbers of confirmed people, then we would prefer to belay the trip until 2008 when we can include the region as part of a longer roadtrip. Actual day-to-day schedule can be reconfirmed based on attendees feedback/ideas, and the above is a starting suggestion.

Hi All

Sounds like a great event, especially the drive round the old circuit route.

Unfortunately can`t make this as already booked up for another event but hope it all gets enough support.

Have fun

Guys, thanks for your responses so far. Last call anybody? Otherwise it makes sense to hold off an overnight continental trip until 2008. I was supposed to inform the hotel this lunchtime whether we would like to take up the rooms or not.

Please note that details of this trip was emailed out to R20 London members and there has been no additional definite takers.

Adrian, we're also a No unfortunately, but not because of the trip -- looks like a great schedule. Next month is packed as it is, we just can't get away.

Well, it was a good idea, but it looks like it's a no-goer [:(]! I think September tends to be a busy month for many following the summer holiday festivities. I have to let the hotel know to release the rooms as I think there is fairly strong demand for accomodation that weekend. Anyone who still plans on going by themselves - especially for the "Premier Weekend de L'Excellence Automobile" event at Reims - please bring back some photos and it would be great to hear how it went.

2008 will be the year of the Eurohoon! (all suggestions/ideas for itinerary welcome)

Next events are Ragley Hall on Sept 9, and don't forget to sign up for the free inspections on 13th October at West London OPC.

Cheers - [:)]
