Change of exhaust need to remap?

If a car had been re-mapped whilst having standard Cats, Silencer and tailpipes would it need to be re-mapped again if those were now changed for Techart Cup Silencers, 100 Cell Cats and Techart tailpipes?

Thanks

To gain the full benefit of the freeflow system a custom remap would be for the best.

(note custom, on a rolling road, mapping your car,,as opposed to a generic plug in type chip [;)])

The car is a 993RS that had standard cats and mufflers and at that time it was dyno'd at 345 bhp. Now the car has had100 cell race cats, small Tech Art mufflers and Tech Art tail pipes, the car was subject to a live re map with standard exhaust system prior to fitting the 100 race cats.

Do you still think it would there be an advantage in another re-map after fitting the new exhaust parts?

Clearly at 345bhp,,,the car has had quite a bit done to it,,,I expect uprated induction, free flowing heads and higher compression barrels/pistons.......you have now improved the exhaust system with the reduced flow cats, so I would expect gains from a remap.......maybe not a great deal because a genuine 345bhp out of a 3.8RS engine takes quite a bit of expense and modification to achieve anyhow.
