Change of vehicle

My current car is a Cayenne S Diesel which is great but bigger than I now need, so wondered if a change to a Macan S Diesel would leave me disappointed.

I love the V8 engine but would the V6 be as good being more economical but a bit slower.

The Cayenne is by far the best car I've ever had but the Macan is the sensible choice for me now.

Problem is, my heart says Cayenne but my head says Macan.

If you order a Macan you'll have a long time to consider whether you're doing the right thing.

You need to test drive one, but if it's still a 2 year wait, order first and then drive one when you can.

2 Years David, that is far too long for me so it looks like I either keep the Cayenne or PX it if the price is acceptable.

The Cayenne is due an oil change in May so a trip to Aberdeen then and check how generous or otherwise they are.

Thanks for the info.

Aberdeen quoted a years wait for a Macan and two months for a Cayenne S Diesel, so heart overcame my head and have ordered a Cayenne. Justified with the saying "You only live once", so the Macan will have to wait a few more years.
