Any recomends on slow chargers ...saw this CTEK Multi 3600 on a site Vertar for £55 del inc.said it was the one Porsche sell at a fraction of the price

Its identical to the Porsche one but without the Porsche logo. Make sure it has the cigarette lighter attachment and that your lighter socket is permanently live.

I use my CTEK regularly as I dont use the Porsche that ofen.

Hi, I also use one. Bought it after my battery mysteriously died, and had to shell out £150 for a new one from OPC. Needed it immediately and so had to use OPC. Promised myself this would not happen again.

Connection via the ciggy lighter means that it is very quick & efficient to connect, so you will end up using it. You can connect via the battery, but means lifting the bonnet and so not as elegant a solution!!

Also can be used on other batteries. I also use it on my Motorbike. Have the battery connection version that extends through to the "boot" area on my single seat.

Get one ... you wont regret it.

Thank you all for the comments .will have to check if the cig lighter is live first before i buy the adapter .
