I have not received my tickets for Chatsworth and have contacted Porsche Club and they told me that they no longer send out physical tickets??
Seems a bit odd to me, has anyone found the same?

I also sent an email to PCGB to ask why I hadn’t received my tickets and received this reply....

[blockquote]Hi David,

There are no physical tickets for Chatsworth – your confirmation can act as proof of purchase for attendance. Further correspondence will be sent out in the next couple of days detailing event timings.

Regards,

Rich

All seems a bit of a mess to me as they used to send out tickets for events.
I note I have just received an e-mail today which they say I should use as a ticket!!
Looks like the Events Section are having a bit of a meltdown since the staff changes as I have not had tickets for another event next week as well.

Yes I also had an email today containing this information..... Lets hope for a Sunny day.

Not had an email yet but so long as I can get in with my order confirmation. Not very good comms or service TBH. I hope details of those in the concours have been passed on otherwise how are we to know who is in it or not?

Hello

Thank you for your concerns. This is the first year in which tickets for this event have been made available to purchase in advance via Porsche Club. For this particular event, physical tickets will not be issued.

An email explaining this was sent out to all Club members who have purchased tickets for Chatsworth Porsche Pageant at 9.30am on June 25th, and again, to those who have not opened the original email, at 10.20 this morning.

A representative of the Club will also be at Chatsworth with a list of all those who have purchased tickets in advance.

We hope you enjoy your day

The Chatsworth Porsche Pageant, as most of you will know, is our Region 8 annual Concours event. It has grown to such an extent that the Club offered their assistance for advance ticket sales to assist us with the planning.

This event raises a huge amount of money for charity and the cost of preparing and sending out tickets would reduce that amount considerably. I am manning the gate and will have a full list of members who have prepaid and your recent confirmation email can count as your ticket.

We have a limited number of additional parking spaces for people who have not pre-booked. The entry fee for these is £15 per car. Once this space is full there will be public parking available.

This will mean a huge number of cars - approaching 300 - I remember being very excited when we had over 100 cars attend the event and that wasn't so many years ago.

I hope you will enjoy the event - the weather forecast looks good!

Laura
