Cheap As Chips (performance chips that is)

Have a look at Ebay item 2478388719. The item is a performance chip for the 83-86 3.2 carrera and claims to give 5-7bhp improvement. Has anyone heard of this company or product and heard anything good. It could be too good to be true but you never know.....

If the replacement chip is any good, the extra power you are geeting from this e-bay item is perhaps a little conservative.
