I may be wrong about this. Perhaps some better breathing would be a more reliable, and cheaper alternative e.g. a K&N filter should give you 3 to 5 bhp and look quite smart too for a few quid.
Other alternatives involve various sections of the exhaust, for variously increasing costs.
This might be mostly rubbish, but no doubt someone will come along and put you on the right track shortly.
Getting your suspension sorted means that you will be able to go round corners quicker, which are more fun that the straights anyway. Anyone can go fast in a straight line!

Personally I think you are likely to be disappointed if you expect to get anything like they promise in terms of power output. It's possible you may find SOME running improvement, perhaps at the cost of a worse fuel consumption, but I'd be surprised if the seat-of-the-pants dyno could distinguish any difference.
As I'm sure you'll appreciate, the ONLY way to get any proven benefit from an ECU remap is to have it done dynamically on a dyno with a company who know what they are doing. Some companies, such as Steve Wong at Chip Wizards are very good at what they do but the dyno route is the only way to give you any proof of what you are paying for.
Personally I've got a ProMax chip in mine - which WASN'T done on a dyno - but I tried it as an experiment and it improved the idle and pick-up significantly so I kept it. I severely doubt it releases any more power though.
As with most things in this World, rarely do you get something for nothing (or, even cheap) so don't expect too much. I've seen a few mentions of the AccelRacing chip being used and there have been some problems with it on Tiptronic cars I believe, but I have never seen the TopPerform1 chip mentioned before and I would be very dubious given the strange write up.
