Hi Folks, ever since the sub zero temps over xmas i keep getting above washer water level warning in dash , filled it many times but after 2 weeks of non use, ie standing on drive, it comes back again, could ice have formed in bottle and expanded it so much it burst? [>:]2006 3.2S

more likely that the rubber tube has popped off the bottle, seem to recall this was a 'feature' with mine even without the cold weather

You need to get behind the wheelarch liner on the passenger side (RHD car). So it's a wheel off, wheelarch liner out job. Fairly easy

And if you just want to confirm that's the problem first, just fill it up and watch it coming straight out by your feet! [:D]

Yeh steve, the weather/tarmac been so wet for so long ive not been able to look under the car to see whether it's leaking out! it's a slow leak i guess, i filled it yesterday to the top and its still full 24 hours later...? time will tell..need a dry day...

Sounds like it's just about gripping. mine came completely adrift...as soon as I put water in, it gushed out of the arch liner. After pushing it back I put a cable tie round it to make sure it stayed in place.

Well folks i have the answer, the headlamp cleaning nozzle needed replacing cost , 38.26 +vat plus fitting, seems to have sorted it, i was told they have had 15 + cars in with same problem....[>:]
