Check your MOT history

For a quick check on the MOT and Tax/SORN status of a vehicle (that you might wish to purchase, for instance) you can use this. Again, no VIN required.

A bit odd ! My car failed in Mar 2008 for the horn not working and one tyre with insufficient tread - but the next MoT wasn't until Sep 2009. That's a long time to leave it for a couple of trivial jobs !

I've just looked at mine, and it tells me it failed, I have no idea what it's on about.
its always passed without a problem.

Mine had a spectacular fail in 2009 including front brake discs excessively pitted. Four days later it passed with an advisory on the front brake discs being slightly pitted!

Before my ownership I hasten to add...

Also shows a strange history if you've had a personal plate on a few of your previous Porsches....

Werd. I checked one, and it has the muddled up history of all 4 cars that had had the same registration number. Will really freak out the current owner if he checks and sees his 70K mile car has 260K miles on it a few years ago. Typical tax payer funded computer fook up.
