Can any 964 owners offer any advice on what child/bay seat will be suitable for use in a 964 please ?
Many thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

in 1992 ( hope that´s correct) Porsche offered original kid´s seats for the 964. They should still be on the list.

Hi there, our kids are 1 years and six years,we had the same problem, the people you need to speak to are "quickfit ABS " they advertise under seatbelts in the classifieds at the back of the Porsche post magazine, they know their stuff,it is suprising how difficult it is to get this problem sorted, the main thing i found was the original seatbelts are not long enough, they sort all that out while you wait, they are deffo worth a call for a proper job. They know which seats fit aswell(this is hard to solve these days, the seats available are massive!) and can supply them, they took pics of my installation so they can email you some, they are VERY helpful, well worth the call.

Hi Steve,

A year or so ago when the new laws re: child seats were introduced I bought a pair of "Rodi" seats, made by "Maxi Cosi" from Halfords.
I have the sports seats option on my C4 and the kids' seats fit very well in both front and rear. Backrest detaches so seat can be used just as a booster as well.
I seem to recall I got them for £49.00 each as Halfords had a sale on at the time.
Hope this is of some use.

Regards,

David
