Chiltern Region WOTY 2013 is proving to be very popular, so much so that
all the double bedrooms in The Royal Lodge Hotel are booked, but two single
rooms are available.

Forest View Hotel is right next door to The Royal Lodge Hotel and there are
double rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis, but dinner and drinks
can be enjoyed at The Royal lodge Hotel. Telephone Number for Forest View Hotel is
01600 890210.

If anyone has to cancel for any reason please let us know, as we would be able
to fill the vacant places.

Last minute cancellation for the WOTY means that there is a double room
available at The Royal Lodge Hotel, Symonds Yat East, Herefordshire, HR9 6JL
Telephone Number 01600 890238 and please quote your Membership Number.

The booking is for this coming weekend 13th/14th April 2012 on a £65.00 per person
per night standard room, bed, breakfast and evening meal. If you would like to go
on additional nights i.e. before or after this will be £35.00 per person per night
bed and breakfast.

Part of the Car Park will be sectioned off so all the Porsches can be together.

We have a Group Evening Meal on Saturday and during the day there will be
a scenic drive and many other activities.

I am pleased to be able to report that the WOTY was a great success. The weather was not particularly kind to us but it did not stop the fun. The hotel was very good, the location is excellent, right by the river, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was good to meet friends old and new, and pleasing to see that everyone got on well together and enjoyed each other's company.

Thanks again Robin and Jo for organising the weekend and letting us share in Robin's birthday celebrations.
 
Great weekend, made to feel very welcome and some good banter. Hotel and food v.good. Can't imagine why there hasn't been one for 9 years, look forward to the next one. Thanks and well done to Robin and Jo for organisation, great success.

Thanks for organising an excellent weekend including some good driving roads that put a smile on my face inspite of the Welsh weather. The location and food/beer was excellent and we had a great group of people.
