Spizz,

Why did you ask the question when you already knew the answer ?

With hindsight however, I would go with 'blue' afterall but change those puny 18's ASAP ! The absence of the rear wiper makes it a clear winner too.

Dont let me change my mind again please.

No idea but it will be additional to the standard 'full leather' so no worries.

Porsche dont do cloth interiors you know.

I just seem to remember tha the first batch of 997s had ghastly plastic topped dashboards.

By the way, what does "partial leather" mean?

Its either an import because all UK 997s came with the full leather interior option (check the vil number for C16= Uk spec) or they are refering to the seats which usually have leather fronts & leatherette (fake) backs... hence partial leather!

I'd still hang out for an S, which has an uprated engine (mentioned earlier + 30 bhp & 30nm torque) it also has the following extra goodies as standard to help account for the extra cost over the standard Carrera
- Four exhaust pipes
"" PASM (Porsche Active Suspension management) with a 10mm lowered chassis
(a 20mm lowered set up with mechanically locking rear differential is a NCO, but doesn't feature PASM)
- 19 inch wheels
- Bi-xenon lights & cleaning system
-New sport steering wheel
- Aluminium dials & dashboard trim
"" More powerful braking system with the larger discs from 996TT - More powerful coolant pump
-Two extra fins on the uprated oil/water heater exchange
""Lightweight plastic air intake
-Uprated self-adjusting clutch. Then add Bose, sports seats & Nav from the options list!.

i prefer 19 carrera s wheels and sunroofs and 6foot do not go together without a cricked neck(in my case!)

I am 6ft and have the sun roof without any headroom issues in my C2S. Perhaps my (adaptive sport) seats are set lower and more reclined, but I have no headroom issues at all

I'm 6'1" and have a sunroof and there is plenty of headroom. My mate is 6'3" and has no problems either. However, I wouldn't bother with a sunroof, it's cobblers. It resonates like crazy between about 30 and 45mph. I'm amazed they didn't fix it on the 997 when it was a well known problem on the 996.

Will check the height issue.

Thanks.
as with all things that cost a lot of money[:D]check first of all-!!so seats, sunroof etc all need checking cos we are all different and what is comfortable for one is a nightmare for another-only way to be sure is to try it for size in the spec you want
