Was given the go ahead to spend some money and have ordered the 86 big brake kit with big blacks ss hoses and pads front & back from lindsey racing

Will have to live on bread and water for the rest of the month, but its all worth it.

They should be with me by next week so will be able to get the car up and running after about 3 month of trying to do it cheaper. I can't wait.

So the brakes I bought of a 89 turbo are for sale (see spares listings).
 
Ah the old "Try to do it cheaper" trick. The times I've done that and it has cost me more.

Well done on biting the bullet. You know it makes sense.

BTW don't use EBC Red Stuff Pads - they are rubbish.
