The menu is as follows

Home-made winter vegetable and lentil broth served with crispy croutons​

Home roast turkey, gently roasted until tender, accompanied by pork chipolatas, sage and onion stuffing, a conserve of cranberries along with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes​

If pressed, I'd imagine it to be rum mixed with marzipan[:'(]
When we ate their back in Summer (the night of the concours - seems years away now) the food was good.
Does anyone fancy doing another N.Wales/Portmerion run again early March? (I just got a free winter pass through the post when we were filled the form in last time).
