The menu looks good, looking forward to the lunch. Do we have to preselect our choices prior to the lunch?
Cheers

Our Christmas lunch today at Stirrups restaurant in Cutnall Green was very well attended, with 39 people sitting down to an excellent three course lunch. This was our first visit to this venue, and we were very well looked after, in a private room, with its own bar, in which we were all able to sit at two long convivial tables.

As is now becoming a tradition, to round off the lunch Steve had compiled three quiz games. The first was designed to test our knowledge of motoring related matters, and was jointly won by Andy and Judy, and Chris and Jaquie. The second quiz was about pop groups, with one rather risqué question to which the answer was the Scissor Sisters! Max and Irene triumphed with the highest score. Pantomime was the final topic, and again two couples tied for the win, this time it was David and Isobel, and Graham and Fiona. All won PCGB club prizes. Finally, the spot prize went to Tefor, who was first to present Steve with a pair of knickers!
