Christmas Lunch - Mill House Hotel - 13th December

Although Christmas may seem a long way off, it seems like a good time to be making arrangements for this year's Christmas Lunch. In response to the feedback received we will again be holding this at the Mill House Hotel, Kingham on Sunday 13th December (12:00 for 12:30).

The cost of the three course festive fare meal will be £20 per head, which includes gratuities but excludes drinks and extras. The menu will be confirmed shortly. Places are limited, so early booking (at the latest 27th November please) is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Depending on the weather, we may also combine this with a drive to the restaurant for those that would like to do so. If you're interested, more information and booking details can be found in the event listing.

Just to remind everyone that bookings for the Christmas meal at the Mill House Hotel are now being taken. Cost is confirmed at £20 per head for a 3-course meal including gratutities. You can peruse the menu here.

Dear Alan & Fiona,
Could you please include the both of us in the "list" for Lunch on Sunday December 13th.
We met at the Sunday Coffee Meet in August (yellow 911) but business travel commitments will meant we have missed September and likewise October will be same.

Just to let everyone know that we have now filled all the places for the Christmas Lunch. There is a possibility that we can reserve further places so if you would like to be added to the reserve list let us have your name(s) before next Friday (6th November).

And, if you haven't done so already, you'll need to pay the restaurant in advance asap. To do this, just call the Mill House Hotel on 01608 658 188, ask for Maria Drinkwater and mention 'Porsche Club Christmas Meal'. If you wish to pay by cheque, these should be made payable to 'The Mill House Hotel' and forwarded to:

It looks like we've got over 40 people coming to the Christmas Meal so we just wanted to remind everyone those of you who have said you want to join in but who have not yet contacted the Mill House Hotel to please contact the Mill House Hotel asap.

All you need to do is to call 01608 658 188, ask for Maria Drinkwater and mention 'Porsche Club Christmas Meal' and provide your card details. If you wish to pay for your meal(s) by cheque, these should be made payable to 'The Mill House Hotel' and forwarded to:
