It's that time again, the season seems to fly by, we will be having our Christmas Luncheon at the Bentley Hotel at Lincoln on the A46 bypass. This event is on Sunday the 6 Dec starting at 11 am.
Format as in previous years starting with complimentary tea & coffee on arrival followed by a provisional plan of events for 2016, hopefully with some input from the floor suggesting further ideas.
A light hearted quiz will take place before we start our Christmas Fayre luncheon served from 13.00, during which a picture show of visits & venues from 2015 will run. We will then have another quiz, if time. A raffle will follow and all proceeds will go to this year's charity which is the Macmillan Cancer Nurses.
If you are one of the twenty new members who joined this year, please come along & meet the group: you will be made most welcome. We are a very good social crowd.
Please make your booking direct with the Hotel reception & pay your deposit or the full meal price quoting "Porsche Club GB R4" when you book your place. If you can give them your menu choices that will be of great help. Bookings can be made from the 11 Oct.
Please follow this up by e-mailing me with your menu choice & then I can monitor the numbers and choices to be forwarded on to the Bentley.
