Nice idea, and I am sure a fun weekend, but where on earth do they make these prices up ?

Without looking it up I recon on about £80 eurotunnel, £100 (2 x 50) for hotel, and £60 for a good meal with wine.

That makes a total of £240 ish so what do you get for your £420 ?

I agree.

For £1065/person we've just done 10 day Alpine Tour with driving-adventures.co.uk and that included Eurotunnel, Garmin Sat-Navs on loan and pre-programmed, loan of professional quality walkie-talkies (1 per car), road map and full instructions, 5 star hotel Bellvue in Gstaad, 5 star Hotel Kempinski in St. Moritz (2 nights), Hotel in Turin (the old Fiat Factory), Chateau just outside Dijon, quirky hotel on lake Brienz (2 nights) and 5 star hotel at Baden-Baden. So it needs to be pretty good at the price suggested.
