We are planning to do the same as we did last year, I have spoken to John Hawkins and have booked The Market Place Restaurant for the night in Malton, North Yorkshire.

So far I have booked it for 30 people and we have 12 rooms at the Old Lodge Hotel and another 3 at a nearby award winning guest house.

It was an excellent night last year and I would like to sort out numbers as soon as possible, please add a comment if you want your name down.

Thanks.

Hi Nick, could you put Alison and me down for the night, be good if we could have the 'haunted room ' again,

Nick
Include Lesley and I for the lodge and Market Place. How come others remember which room they had (obviously not enogh to drink!). Just want one with a hot shower please!
Ian

Hi Nick
Well booked!!
Would be obliged if you could put Pat and I down for Saturday night at the Hotel, plus the Market Place Restaurant, of course.
Regards
Alan

Hi Nick
I assume you already have Gillian and me down for this but I'll put it on here anyway.
We had a really good time last year.

Nick,
please can you add Linda and I to the list. Thanks. Have you just booked for the Saturday night in the hotel or is there an option for the Friday also?
Apologies that we have not been to recent meetings, we have been pretty busy and holidays have got in the way.

Folks this is now full, in fact chock-a-block, no more spaces available.

Ian I have sent you an email [;)]

Cheers

Hi Nick
For those of us who are arriving Friday, is there any plan to meet up Fri eve ? - or do we just do our own thing ?

Chris

Hi Chris, shall we see how it goes? I thought we might have an evening meal together but it depends on what time everyone gets there, I could book a table for the 8 of us at 7.30pm and see if we can all make it, if not then we will probably meet in the bar later on, I'm concious of not over organising it all if you know what I mean?

We plan on being there by 2pm ish so should see you in the afternoon at some point [;)]

We'll be there mid afternoon also, but may do some shopping in Helmsley on the way. We would be happy to join anyone else for dinner if that can be arranged.

Chris

Great night yet again John thanks, the hospitality from Tanya and the girls was faultless, even if they did think I was Nick's Dad

And they asked if I use to be fatter!!

Grand night John as always, thanks again and all the best from all of us in the Northeast [;)]

Great night thanks, John, even if Tanya and the Girls thought I was Nick's Grandad!!
Regards
Alan Burton
