Geoff,
Many thanks for the invite!
I will certainly try to make this as it is also quite convenient on the return from Cornbury.
Cheers -

This is now fully booked.
Merry Christmas,
Geoff

Thanks for the update Geoff, as mentioned majority of the region members planning to attend have said that they will be deciding on the day with weather as the main deciding factor. No one wants to drive for 1hr 45minutes in icy or rainy condition which is understandable. We will be sorting out our own meal if we come along, hopefully see you there.

Hi Kish,

Is there a convoy planned from London to the open day (depending on weather)? If so I might be up for tagging along, the car needs a decent run.

Can you post here on Saturday to confirm?

Cheers,
Gavin

Hi Gavin,
I certainly will put a post if there are enough cars wanting to meet up at, say, Ace Cafe for the convoy run. I have Mark Dernes and a group of others who have invited any one who wants to join them at Oxford Services (Cafe/Car Parking) at 9:45am. If you want to joined this group then please email me and I email you Mark's mobile number.

Kind regards,
Kish

Yes, we're actually starting off from Uxbridge A40/ Swakelys Road Roundabout/ slip road (Silverbirch Close) towards Ickenham, at 9 am sharp, then onto Oxford services for 9.45ish, quick coffee and then onto Cornbury House. My mobile is O793O 485 777.
Mark

Moderator Edit: Edited the mobile number, still the same. Just replaced the zeros with the letter 'O', saves Mark's number from web-bots which auto-scan webpages for valid mobile number and email address for cold-calling and spam respectively. -Kish

Hi,

I'll try to make it there for 9am to join you guys if that's alright. If I'm not there for 9 please go ahead without me.

How many cars are going?

Cheers,
Gavin

Hi Gavin,
I got your text today. Pity you couldn't make it. The weather was poor, but the rain held off for some fairly spirited driving. Also, we picked up a straggler (Hi John with silver Boxter S) at Oxford services.
