Christmas party and Ghost Walk

Many thanks to Mark & Carol for organising the party event; even the weather behaved. We enjoyed the company of friends old and new (and missed those that couldn't come). Had forgotten what a traditional pub is like: the Ghost Walk with our eccentric guide was great fun and the choice of restaurant excellent. The staff looked after us very well during what was, for them, a very busy evening.

We have to agree with Paul, good pub, excellent meal and restaurant, great company and a chauffeur to die for Mr Chappell.

Just worked out who the gentleman that so bravely took us on the Ghost Walk reminded me of, Matry Feldman, it was the eyes and the hair, spooky.

I hope the Ghosts of York weren't frightened TOO much. They are, after all, a popular tourist attraction!! Hope you all had a great time, our apologies but didn't get home from work til' late. Looking forward to the next outing. John & Jane
