CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHT -CANCELLED

Hi all

Our Christmas party night has been booked. The opportunity to belly dance the night away whilst riding a camel was just too good to miss !!

The details are as follows:

Name of event: BABYLON NIGHTS CABARET PARTY AT THE PYRAMIDS
Venue: HARDWICK HALL
Date: SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER 2013
Start time: 6.30 pm
Dinner: 7.30 pm
Bar: until midnight
Price: £29.95 pp

To secure your place on this extravaganza can you please let us know asap that you want to attend. Then we will need a £10.00 non refundable deposit per person no later than Greg and Deb's bbq (10 Aug).

Deposits can be accepted over the next 3 weeks so payments can be made in the following ways:
1. If you want to send us a cheque please pm us and we will provide you with address details
2. You can give us your deposit at the Silverstone classic on the weekend of 27 July
3. At the latest you can find us at the Grande Tyres bbq on the 10 Aug

The balance will be due on the 7 November

ACCOMODATION INFORMATION

Standard or deluxe double rooms are available for £99.00 including breakfast based on 2 people sharing. To secure a room it is the responsibility of those attending to call the hotel direct on 01740 620253. Please let them know that you are attending the Babylon Christmas party night. The booking is in the name of Magali Pelmi-Bowe incase they ask.

They require card details to secure the room and payment in full will be taken on arrival. The room can be cancelled up until 4.00 pm on the night of the party if need be.

We look forward to having a blast with friends old and new.

Some venues are already fully booked,wait any longer and we will end up getting our Christmas Dinner at the drive through. LOL!

Hi, just received an email from Hardwick Hall cancelling the above event due to the performers not being able to fulfill the brief. Back to the drawing board.
