Hi all, its time to start thinking about our christmas party. The date will be SATURDAY 14th DECEMBER and have narrowed the choice down to three possible venues and themes.

1. HARDWICK HALL HOTEL (Sedgefield)- BABYLON NIGHTS CABARET SHOW £29.95 per person. Overnight stay £85.00 ish per couple.

Babylon Nights

2.BEAMISH HALL HOTEL (Beamish) - THE FONTAINS (Beatles/Kinks etc)£37.50 per person. Overnight stay £85.00 ish per couple.

3.LUMLEY CASTLE (Chester-le-Street) - CASINO NIGHT (Formal Wear) £39.50 per person. Overnight stay £130.00 ish per couple.

We are looking for a quick consensus of opinion. Once we get an idea of what people would prefer we will need a £10.00 deposit per person to book the chosen venue and the balance will need to be paid by the beginning of November.

When we have booked the party it will be each couple/persons responsibility to secure accommodation needed direct with the venue.
We look forward to as many replies as possible. Any questions do not hesitate to ask.

Hi Simon & Mags,

We have a preference for Lumley Castle (I'd have to dust off the tux), but will be happy to go to any, as Dave said last night it's the people not the place that make the evening so good.

Cheers

Hi Simon & Mags,
After looking at all three, think we would prefer either Beamish or Lumley (lack of choice on menu puts us off Hardwick).
