CHRISTMAS UPDATE

We are currently in negotiation with Hardwick Hall as to what they can do for us with the demise of Babylon Nights. Mags has tried very hard today to get some answers and has made some progress but we will know more tomorrow (6th aug). Please do not cancel your rooms untill we can update you all further. We are both aware this is not ideal but are doing our best to sort it.

May be struggling to get booked now for anything else. I think some people think you can just ring round a few venues a couple of weeks before for a Christmas party and sort it. They have obviously never attempted to sort this kind of thing. Good luck with whatever you guys can sort and thanks for at least trying to find something a bit different this year. Whatever the outcome we will support your efforts, and thanks again for trying.

Thanks for the support you guys. As of today Mags has managed to negotiate a discount for the Motown Party Night or we have also been offered to dine in their Rib Room.Whilst cancelling Babylon Nights was not part of the plan Dawn at Hardwick is being very helpful and very much wants us to attend. We will post all the details soon and would appreciate any constructive feedback once everybody has digested the choices. We will both be attending the GRANDE FEAST on Saturday so would like to collect any deposits there for those who still want to attend.Like I have already said this is not ideal but we are doing our best to rescue the situation. As has been said by a few members we all get on so well and have a good laugh no matter what the circumstances I am confident what ever we all decide it will be a blast.

Thanks Simon

Hi, no the date has not changed still the same. Are you attending? Would be good to see you and Julie in your Christmas outfits.
