So who's going? Any of the bunch who went 2 years ago who I didn't manage to catch up with? Rick Pearson? Ben Savill?

Names below and let's try to meet for a beer:

Rich C - RCGulp
Martin Leach - Martin964
Martin Lawrence - 964RS Database
Jean-Marc - The Red Baron 964RS

I was hoping to go. But have nothing planned or in place at present. Don't know much about it as never been to classic before! Can i sort tickets and camping on arrival or do i have to pre book?

Probably best to pre-book. Ticket packages (entry + paddock and Porsche Parking) still available via Porsche Club France. You'll need to book camping via ACO but in the past it's hardly been rammed. Good luck and see you there.

PCF parking and Saturday laps for me this time too. I couldn't face watching the fun from the grandstands again. [;)]

Which car will you be taking?

Probably the RS. Just may be something else, it'd still be in the PCF parking, but much rarer than the RS (sorry no more clues until a deal is done) ......

Will confirm nearer the time.......the drive fell through......spent too much money racing other cars unfortunately, coupled with a bill from the IR that I wasnt expecting. Might still go and support the car, but am not sure yet.

My race car isn't built in time... so I'll not be there until 2014 sadly... away too many weekends already to justify going to a circuit when I'm NOT racing ;-)

I'm going , along wih a gang of mates, including a co-pilot who gets to drive the RS. He's had a go but soon pulled over and swapped seats calling it a 'recalcitrant old girl'. He'll be fine after a bit more time in the saddle but my anxiety may remain, I'm not going to relax whilever I'm passengering.

We are camping at Karting Nord, if you happen to be passing please come and say hello and we'll find you a drink, hot or cold. Our little group comprises of my red RS, a red SC with crazed ex-racer at the wheel, an E-type, new Mini Cooper S, (son of the ex-racer and just as fast) a Z4 M and a couple of bikes.

Our continuing problem is that our booking agent, travel Destinations, failed to book the two required parade lap passes and, as yet, I have been unable to source any more. If anyone has any bright ideas on this I would be really grateful. Please reply if you have any thoughts, are PCF likely to have any? Does the 'F' stand for France or Fracochamps btw?

Porsche Club France - they have parade lap passes but are only available with the ticket packages through PCF too. The same goes for the dedicated Porsche Parking.

Not in an RS but looking forward to the Classic. Travelling down with forum members Zeb and Jamie Wilson together with friends in E type Jags and a couple of others. Overnight Brittany ferry on Wednesday and spending Thursday at classic car museum in Louheac prior to heading over to Le Mans on Friday. Can't wait and am expecting the Spyder to excel! If you see us, say hello.

We'll be Martin's Maritime RS, my GP White RS and The Red Baron's Guards Red RS heading towards La Sarthe on Thursday morning. Red, white and blue RSs - for the Jubilee or the French tricolore..? Whatever, it's gonna be fun.
[:D]

I wish.......will prob be in the Vosges or somewhere where the sun is shining!![:)]

You can get laps from PCF on a stand alone basis. Have a look at heir dedicated website. However, the wrinkle is that you need to be in the PCF parking area within the Bugatti circuit on the Saturday am to do the laps which also means buying PCF parking too. The laps are worth it. Where else will you lap a world famous circuit with circa 500 other Porsche and, if you bide your time, have no speed restrictions whatsoever?

...but PCF won't let you buy PCF Parking if you haven't also bought your entrance ticket package through PCF. Martin found out the hard way although he's now sorted through via ticket order.
