Clay Pigeon Shoot provisional 31st October

At the last meeting there was interest shown in a clay pigeon shoot so (my) Peter made some enquiries for us.

We could hold one on a Sunday morning near the end of October in the Stanley area after that it would probably have to be next year sometime. The cost would be between £15 and £20 to include cartridges, clays, provision of guns and lunch. We would need a minimum of 15 people to go ahead.

If this is of interest to anyone please can you post a thread on here so that we can discuss at the September meeting and if the October date is on then i would have to collect the readies.

I can firm up the costs and a date when i know how much interest there is.

Cheers
Julie

Hi Julie Count me and Mags in. Say thanks to Peter for getting the details. See you at the Sept meet. Cheers Simon

Still hoping to sign a few more up for this but we've been given the go ahead for 31st October for the 11 people signed up so far at a cost of £20 each to include everything and lunch. So for those of you at the next meeting please bring your cash, and those not present please send on to me let me know if you haven't got my address. One word of warning once we've paid up we are committed to going ahead irrespective of the weather so if today is anything to go by you may need some waterproofs! Cheers Julie

Can you put myself and June down for this please Julie - sounds like a good day out. Can you make sure there are a number of barn doors for me not to hit !! Chris
