I use a pozidrive screw that's a little narrower than the holes.

If it get stuck it's easy to unscrew.

But the screw head is generally big enough to hold easily and the thread helps to clear out the holes whilst reaching around the wheel spokes ...

But I do this after every track day so that the dust doesn't compact too much ...

Just purchase a decoke brush.

Decoke brushes are used when cleaning the combustion chamber of carbon when a decoke is done, these brushes come in a range of sizes and fit in a drill, instead of a drill bit end it has a tapered steel brush - spin it up and force against the holes, this will clean and polish the holes

I have to say that I have a pressure washer and I jet out the discs evry 2 weeks or so and it has kept mine a clean as a whistle.
Note I ALWAYS take the car for a brake drying session getting them good and warm straight after. We all know about the sticking issue on Boxsters if left wet after water contact.
