Clear headlight upgrade

Hi all. I want to upgrade my 2000 Boxster S with clear headlights and have been trawling through t'internet.
However, is it my imagination or are some clear headlights 'clearer' than others? What I mean is that some still seem to have a large 'orange' indicators under the clear outer glass which kind of defies the point. I'm not sure if I'm imagining this or whether some have orange reflectors while others have white indicator reflectors along with orange bulbs.
To be fair the offending ones are all on Ebay while ESS seem to stock the clearer ones.
Any thoughts or am I going nuts? Its just that at nearly £500 a go, I want to get it right.

I've upgraded mine and they are the Bosche ones from eBay (I believe the same as the Porsche originals) and yes, they still have an orange "hue" to them.

The lenses on the old ones were orange, but the lenses on the new ones are clear, but the reflectors at the back of the bulb are orange so the indicator remains orange. It can only really be seen at head-on angles to the light and can't be avoided.

I still upgraded because they look a whole lot better. Make sure you do the side repeaters too and it'll transform the front of your car (you can see from my avatar what a difference they make).

Expensive though, but VERY easy to fit.
