Clear or not Clear...that is the question?

1998 C2 Coupe in Ocean Blue

Should I keep the ambers or bow to the fashionistas and spend £500 plus on clear upgrades?

It's just the headlights as the sides and rears look like they have been upgraded

What's the consensus on stock vs upgrade on a 1998?

Why don't you become the trend setter, and resist the temptation to ditch the ambers? If you don't mind them, why spend £500 to make it more appealing to others? Nothing wrong with them, IMO.

Ok ambers it is then...£500 on some fettling instead

thanks all

take a look I think it looks cool

Those exhaust tip in the advert look a bit wonky, or maybe it is just the photo.

Been contemplating the same for the last 4 years. When it comes down to it, the replacement costs, even second hand, are ridiculous. Amber still on mine.

Maybe not related to this post but can anyone tell me why the Brookspeed 996 is so cheap, even given the mileage ??

I nearly bought that car, I had put a deposit down subject to some work being done and final test drive. There was a fuel rail issue and some other things I was told were minor

When I went for a final test drive, there were still a number of leaks and the car had an engine light and a very rough idle, so didn't drive it again

I decided to pull out and ive now bought something different.

I think it has been sold again
